ARNOLD ARMLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Arnold Armlifting Championships has women's and men's divisions in all standard weight classes. For 2025, we will be offering a 55kg Women's class to accommodate the growing number of rock climbers competing in Armlifting  and Teen divisions. 

All athletes compete in the Rogue Axle Double Overhand Deadlift, the 3" Saxon Bar Deadlift, and the Rogue Grandfather Clock medley.

This event is hosted by Riccardo Magni and is sanctioned by Armlifting USA, the premier organization for Armlifting competitions in the Western Hemisphere.

The prestige of the Arnold Sports Festival has drawn the sport's top men and women from around the world including competitors from Russia, England, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Australia, Denmark, Israel, Estonia, Northern Ireland, and Canada.  Go to armliftingusa.com for more information and find out how you can participate.
